Constructed in 1960 by President Nasser to control Nile flooding, it demonstrates modern engineering feats. Then, embark on a motorboat to the famed Philae Temple complex dedicated to goddess Isis, representing Greco-Roman architecture. Finally, view the Unfinished Obelisk. Made of red granite for the sun god Amun-Ra, it indicates ancient stonecutting skills. Return to the ship for evening leisure. Should you arrive early, sightseeing starts immediately to optimize time rather than waiting at the lobby. Dinner is included onboard with the night at your discretion in beautiful Aswan.
Day 2: Kom Ombo - Edfu & ON

Day 3: Luxor West Bank - Luxor ON
Each morning starts with a nutritious breakfast feast onboard the cruise vessel. Then an history-filled exploration of Thebes awaits, beginning at the West Bank's famed Valley of the Kings. Wander in awe of pharaonic tombs carved within the limestone ridges, final resting places of antiquity's rulers. Next is the ethereal Deir el-Bahari Temple complex, rising magnificently from Mt.
